Cleveland Home Outlet is a family owned & operated business. They first opened their doors in 2017 in a small warehouse. As they quickly grew out of their space, they relocated to a larger show room across from the Southland shopping plaza in 2018.

We're conveniently across from the Southland Shopping Plaza at 6880 Pearl Rd, Unit 5, Middleburg Hts, Ohio 44130. We're right next door to Goodwill, behind the Firestone.
What is your returns policy?
Cleveland Home Outlet accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of items with the exception of bedding products, Red Tag or Scratch & Dent items.
Cleveland Home Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in the condition it was received: Damage or misuse of customer.
A pick-up fee of $99 will be charged if Cleveland Home Outlet has to pick up merchandise. Any delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
An order can be canceled up to 7 business days after purchases at no charge and cancellations after will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
“FLOOR MODELS” AND “AS IS” ITEMS:
“Floor Model” and “As Is” merchandise do not have any warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All “Floor Models” and “As Is” merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

Due to Covid-19 orders are taking longer than normal to arrive. Time frames vary, but can take up to 8-20 weeks due to the delays caused by the global pandemic. Once it arrives we'll contact you for free in-store pick up. Or if you chose delivery, our delivery company will reach out to you to schedule a time which works for you.

Do you offer delivery?
**Delivery includes complimentary Assembly.
**Delivery charge is $125 within 30 miles of the store.
**Delivery charge is $130.00 for deliveries between 31 – 60 miles. **Delivery charge is $175.00 for deliveries between 61 – 90 miles. **For in-stock items, expect deliveries around a week from purchase
**For items which need to be ordered, expect order time to be 12-18 weeks and delivery time within a week after arrival to our facility.
**Rooms need to be cleared so merchandise can be delivered. **We do not install any electronic merchandise.
HOLDS & PICK-UPS:
If you order online and do NOT pay, we will hold your item for 1 day.
If you order AND PAY online then you have a week to pick it up.
